We are proud to work with other families and businesses in Geauga, Cuyahoga, Lake and surrounding counties to add value to our community. With each project we undertake, no matter the size, we bring our expertise and our family’s dedication to providing the best possible service.

Brandin Maxwell is the owner and is usually in the field. After starting his career in the construction industry as a union laborer, Brandin became an operator at an high end masonry company. Eventually, Brandin left the industry for a successful career in manufacturing and steel sales, still keeping his connections to the excavating and construction industry active and seizing opportunities to work outdoors managing the types of projects he loved.

Brandin’s equipment, operations, and construction expertise, combined with our customer centric focus make MAXTERRA more than just another local contractor. We provide a professional, premium, precision service. We won’t be the cheapest option for most projects but we will provide the best value, saving you money, time and stress in the long run.
